Refund Policy

1. All payments are final
All payments for ReBrand are final and non-refundable, including monthly and annual Profile Website subscriptions and custom domain subscriptions. We offer a 7-day free trial so you can try ReBrand before you are charged.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your ReBrand subscription page. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for unused time or partial billing periods.
3. Renewals
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. Renewal payments are non-refundable, including when a subscription was not canceled before renewal.
4. Custom domains
Custom domains are billed as a separate annual subscription and are non-refundable once registration has been submitted or completed, because domain registration creates an immediate third-party cost. If a domain registration fails and no domain is registered for you, the domain charge will be reviewed for correction.
5. Billing errors
If you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge, contact us at contact@rebrandapp.co and we will correct it.
6. Payment processor
ReBrand payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. In limited cases, Lemon Squeezy may issue a refund at its own discretion under its own policies, for example to prevent a payment dispute.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing problem, please contact us first at contact@rebrandapp.co. Chargebacks filed without a valid reason may result in suspension of your account.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
