This Privacy Policy explains how ReBrand collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use rebrandapp.co, create an account, publish a website, contact us, submit a form, or purchase a ReBrand service.

2. Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, login identifier, professional title, brokerage information, telephone number, license information, and account preferences.

We may collect content that you choose to publish or manage through ReBrand, including photographs, logos, biographies, listings, services, specialties, languages, neighborhoods, awards, press mentions, testimonials, social links, and website settings.

When someone contacts an agent through a ReBrand website, we may process the information submitted in the contact form, such as name, email address, telephone number, and message.

We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, error logs, pages visited, and security-related data.

If you use the optional AI writing tools in the website editor, the text of the field you choose to rewrite, along with basic profile context such as your name, title, brokerage, and city, is sent to Google’s Gemini API to generate a suggestion.

3. Payment information

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. ReBrand does not directly receive or store full payment-card numbers. Lemon Squeezy may provide ReBrand with transaction, subscription, customer, billing-status, and purchase information needed to activate and manage your service.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to create and manage accounts, provide and publish websites, process requests, deliver customer support, manage subscriptions, register requested domains, deliver email messages, prevent abuse, secure the service, troubleshoot problems, improve functionality, and comply with applicable obligations.

5. Service providers

ReBrand may use trusted service providers to operate the platform. These may include Vercel for hosting and deployment, Supabase for database and authentication services, Lemon Squeezy for payments and subscription processing, Resend for transactional email delivery, Name.com for domain availability and registration services, and Google (Gemini API) for optional AI writing tools.

6. Public profile information

Information that you intentionally publish on a ReBrand profile or listing website is public and may be viewed by anyone with access to that website. Do not publish information that you want to keep private.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

ReBrand may use cookies or similar browser technologies that are necessary for authentication, account sessions, security, preferences, and core site functionality. If analytics or additional non-essential technologies are introduced, this policy may be updated and consent controls may be provided where required.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, meet contractual obligations, and comply with applicable requirements. Information may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably needed.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

ReBrand and its service providers may process information in different countries depending on where their infrastructure and personnel are located. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for cross-border processing.

ReBrand is a professional software service and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through account registration.
